MA already has mandatory healthcare so it won't affect MA people. But for those who want it, the Fed will setup cheap insurance exchanges where you won't be denied coverage. The government doesn't make any healthcare decisions. It just prevents healthcare/insurance corporations from denying coverage. (See Medicare - the only reason it was passed was so that insurance companies would not have to provide coverage to the elderly, their biggest customers) I won't go into a huge rant about how much of a victory this is. Not only does it strengthen the middle class (the key to a sustainable civilization) but it kills the healthcare/insurance/government triad that has always existed and only benefits the super rich.
