LOUIS, Ill. (CN) - A man who dresses as an evil clown in a heavy metal band has been indicted on a federal child pornography charge. Martin L. "Vlad" Evanick, 31, of Collinsville, Ill., is charged with producing child pornography. Prosecutors say he persuaded a girl to engage in sexual activity in April and took pictures of her genitals and of himself engaging in a sex act with her.
