EVEN THOUGH THATS WHAT YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO SAY Recently threw on Sailing the Seas of Cheese because I haven't listened to it in forever. If there's a bass player that doesn't respect Les Claypool then you a fool, nilla. So they had an album come out last year? Any good or what? I know nothing about it, haven't been paying attention to Primus at all for a while. |

I seriously consider it on par with the new Morbid Angel album for worst album of 2011. And sitting through Primus playing that album in entirety last September was PAINFUL, especially considering I didn't know they were doing that until the night of. |

The drumming is very tasty. Some of the songs don't sound like anything special when you first listen to them, but they really get inside your brain for a long time. Eyes of a Squirrel is an example. |

Normally Les Claypool doesn't give a shit, and it comes out great, but with this album it sounds like Les Claypool tried not to give a shit and failed. Basically, it's pretty bad. Some cool basslines, some cool drum fills, etc. but the music as a whole is a major piss-poor-fest. |
