But I generally prefer melodic bm riffage over traditional bm riffage because I'm a queah now. depends on the band I guess. Then again I fucking love Ildjarn's Strength and Anger so I guess that doesnt make sense. |

Quite honestly I think they got a bad reputation by putting out a handful of over produced records and Gaahl taking over as the mouthpiece of the band. I think they wouldn't have become a laughing stock if it wasn't for: bennyhillifier the early stuff is still solid gold and gets the snub from nu-jacks who only know them as Gaahl and the Sunshine Band, or older dudes who don't want to admit how much Antichrist ruled. The Darkthrone cover on Destroyer killed it. ftw. |
