I downloaded the newest iTunes update today and tonight I updated to the new software. It told me before I updated that it would create a backup file so I wouldn't lose everything on my phone. I've been trying to retrieve my shit using the backup file but I keep getting error messages saying the restore failed and the backup session failed. I don't understand where the errors are coming from. I have all the updated crap and the backup file shows up but my phone won't accept it or something. This is the second time this has done this to me. |
