Meanwhile, as pets, they drool, pee, jump all over you when you're trying to carry groceries in the house, chew shit, and generally are INCREDIBLY STUPID yet fiercely loyal animals. Which is why dog lovers USUALLY love them - they are the most loyal creatures around. I was a dog person all my life. 10 years ago I got a cat when I found dogs weren't allowed here. Now I love both, but prefer cats for their low maintenance. The other day I had to attend a funeral out of town overnight. I put out extra food and water and they were fine. Try that with a dog sometime. |
