[QUOTE="ShadowSD:1154416"]I like a lot of the cast, but some of the recurring skits are death: the kissing family, Keenan Thompson doing pushups in his underwear, Miley Cyrus, the inevitable predictable "drag" skit with every male host that is never funny, some of Kirsten Wiigg's characters like the supermarket lady and the compulsive liar which are just intolerable although she's funny in other roles. Satire, wit, parody, impersonations; that's when the show does well. Filling as much time as possible to get to 90 minutes with recurring shit skits is when it tanks, and when I'm truly grateful for the fast forward button. There is one recurring character on SNL I do currently enjoy, though: Bobby Moinahan's "Anthony Crispino" character cracks me up ever time. I also really like other members in the cast like Abby Elliot, Nasim Pedrad, and they should never have gotten rid of Casey Wilson last season because these episodes would be a lot stronger with her.
