Just because a label will back them and put them on the road in a tourbus is usually due to popularity, not necissarily talent. I've seen plenty of amazing bands come and go who never even got a van to tour. I've also seen plenty of shitty shitty bands come and go who've had everything from a highend 15-passenger, to a full tour bus/entourage. I hate to go into, "it's the man", "the corporations", "Money Money Money Record Labels", but it's pretty much true. |
