In Dire Need(death metal influenced hardcore) 2. at the time, the band was trying to think of a name to suit the music, and after days and days of not comming up with anything worthy enough, Joey said something along the lines of "c'mon guys! we're in dire need of a name!". I guess the "We're In Dire Need" sounded good and it stuck. It's nothing poetic. 3. to be in need of something 1. Butchered At The Throne(fast paced solo death/grind) 2. I was thinking of titles that would best suit the style and storyline of the first album. Based along the ideas of medevil surfs and lords, i think it was the best choice out of "Harvesting the Weak", "Crown of Thornes", and "Subjugate Death Feast"(ha). 3. The name just describes the climactic scene in the story told through the album. |

We decided that since there were 5 of us in the band, songs are generally based around 5ths and contain sections of 5's we just thought 5 minutes hate sounded better for us. |

No there was a Stanly Kubrick poster in my room and I was like hey lets name the band Kubrick and everyone was all like yeah , but then Kris w/ a K was all like lets call it Kubricks last breath and i was all like no and everyone faught over it for a couple days and then I think it was blue who was like tlets call it Raising Kubrick, or maybe it was Williams, but i can remember it was a long time ago, and thats the whole story |
