Though I can't say that each person should be eating the same kind of diet. And yes, it is possible to get what you need for macro- and micro-nutrient intake from vegetarianism but you're probably missing out on some good ole saturated fat. Unless you eat like two avocados a day and only use coconut oil to fry things.[/QUOTE]
