i feel like their guitar tone is alittle more present in the mix.
Throw this piece of crap in the trash. Let's start all over.
i wasn't trying to sound douchey or "i could do better" at all with that statement in anyway, if that is how you took it. I noticed the differences in guitar tone and wanted to know specifically what those differences were. Why? Cause I'm a nerd like that. It all helps me make better decisions on future recordings. It was was interesting to know the only difference on the playing end is that john had new strings and the outcome was that one guitar had a thicker sound and the other had a more present sound, but the difference in tone didn't effect the sustain of the notes at all.
