As far as death metal, I don't see any gore bands actually going out and murdering people. Then again, that alludes to the question, [i]what[/i] metal can be taken seriously? Music is music, but finding any band that actually really follows through with their music and lyrical content is rare these days. And yea, I've been in blackmetal bands but never burned a church down. Although that would be cool, minus the reprecussions. You're right, bands are just bands, but finding bands that are more than that is hard.[/QUOTE]
