SAMAEL will be returning to the US after two recent successful tours, one with labelmates AMORPHIS and the other with the newly reformed legendary CARCASS. Joining them will be Prosthetic Records recording artists BOOK OF BLACK EARTH and Germany’s SECRETS OF THE MOON. Vorph of SAMAEL stated: “When we first released ‘Above’ we weren’t sure we would tour for that album, but we’re thrilled this is happening and we’re glad this time America will be the first. We already gave a taste of it in March when we toured with CARCASS but on this upcoming tour it will be the chance to experiment ‘Above’ on a larger scale and see how it meshed with the older material. It's a cool place. I'd say about the size of Club Hell, maybe smaller. Really grungy and dirty, perfect for grindcore, hardcore, punk shows. Seeing Moonspell and Samael there would be a pretty awesome kinda intimate experience! Saw Unholy Grave there in June. |
