If I keep going in this direction I'm gonna start getting written up. I do customer service over the phone and when I'm done with the call my frustration level usually causes me to unleash a slew of verbal abuse. I never swear at the customers or support staff but I guess its bleeding into the calls of the people around me. Swearing is my last refuge of stress relief since I dont smoke butts anymore.
