Im not saying its a police state, its just every few months theres more and more and more laws... Like i said, the more steps the better, shur are not back traking... Just more and more shit on our plates every day... Well im fucken full, and want to go on a hunger strike :p
zomg, the tobacco companies who intentionally lie and add more and more nicotine to MANIPULATE YOU won't be able to sell "light" cigarettes that are exactly the same are regulars anymore. POLICE STATE OMG! Big Brother - Requiring companies to tell the truth FREEDOMZ - Let us give all our money to a company peddling addictive drugs and bullshit!! MANIPULATE AND CONTROL US, WE LOVES IT! USA! USA! Anyone touting personal freedom while allowing a corporation to lie to them and pump increasing levels of drugs into them loses their right to cry Big Brother. You are paying Big Brother. If half of you dummies focused your whining on ACTUAL injustice, this would be a much better world.
lol, people actually need to be continually told that cigarettes are A) Not only bad for your health, but B) There is no such thing as a safer cigarette? I really don't want to believe that the U.S. is that stupid. No one forces people to support Tobacco companies, people make that decision themselves. The government regulates, and implements the laws. "You can do this, you can do that, but not that." People have been smoking tobacco for thousands of years, it's wasn't a new commodity that someone thought up and exploited the masses with. I don't smoke cigarettes but I remember when restaurants had a designated smoking section, and I thought that was perfectly fine. Maybe some day those twinkies you mentioned will be taken off the food shelves for being harmful to your health, because after all, the government is looking out for your best interest.
