Who needs a ride?[views:5764][posts:4]_____________________________________________ [Oct 16,2008 12:58pm - TheAccursedDrummer ""] [img] Meinl Soundcaster Custom 22" Mega Bell Ride, selling for $200, slightly used. I think I had this for a whopping 6 months before I benched it in favor of a Zildjian that I've had for years. eBay's got them for $329.99 BuyItNow, Musician's Friend/Guitar Center have them for $309.95 Meinl's list price is $610 (pffff) but you know how that BS works. Anyway, decent price for a solid cymbal, thing's a monster. |

The bell cuts well, and it does crash out ok, but the sound lingers. When I was doing blasts on the bell the hits were cutting, but there was always an overtone just hanging out above the sound, you know? |
