oh man, i had a blast. A Cold Reality opened up and was really good. I like Justin on vocals and have already encouraged him to keep it that way. If they do get a singer I hope he still does backing vox. Their set created a good atmosphere for the rest of the night. Kevorkian's Angels was on next, and it was one of the best sets I have seen from them. I really like their new songs that they played, and can't wait to hear more of it from them. Their next show is Feb 23 and they aren't playing again for about 3 months, so if you missed this show better go to the 23rd. Conifer played third, and as usual amazed everyone. Being from Maine, they didn't draw too many people specifically from them, but they had the biggest crowd right up front for their set. They are playing a 1 hour set on March 20th, if you miss it then your life is worthless. Dead Like Deth played after conifer, and it was their first show ever. They were a tight as hell mix of punk and metal with Murph on vocals. If you don't know who Murph is then chances are you haven't been to that many Disengaged shows. Disengaged headlined this fiasco, playing drunk punk-metal destruction with solos. Things were broken, people were hurt and a girl was missing by the end of their set! Their last show until June is the march Bostons' Dead, so make sure to catch that as well. If any drummers have spare parts they can sell cheap, contact Disengaged.
