Compensation above this guaranteed rate will be based on the crowd response, performance and attitude. Bands are encouraged to mingle with the local yokels. It would be cool if shows there could draw a large crowd because the area itself is pretty sparsely populated. I'm not sure what the locals would think of all the extra people, though. I grew up in Vermont, but every time I went to the Northeast Kingdom, people would look at me like I was some yuppy tourist. Out there, being from Burlington isn't trve enough. |

They tore out a back wall, moved the bathrooms upfront (no more walking past the bands to piss, flat screen tvs, beruit table, 'dance floor'... photos soon. |
