I don't replace meals with juice ('nillas gotta eat), but add juice before a meal -- usually 1 in the morning and 1 before dinner. This morning I did beet greens, carrots, zuchinni, cuke, and green apple -- good stuff and cleared me right out. Good idea adding a little sauce to the juice. The better it is for you, often the harsher the juice. Greens like kale, chard, etc. tend to be bitter, but they are the best for you.[/QUOTE]
