Boycott 'em, I can understand following procedures but this company goes overboard. Since when is it logical to clothesline someone because you think you might have saw them moshing when they weren't?
I sent them an email telling about how many disgruntled patrons are contacting the venues they work at and making complaints this is what I got in reply.
"I bet your one of the regular ones who continue to mosh, get drunk, or bring
in contraband, if you do go to every show,you know we give three warnings
not to mosh its not rocket science, illegal to mosh in NH, then again you
probably cant grasp that seeing how you used my REQUEST FOR SECURITY to send
me a E-mail. Any time you dont want to hide behind a computer come talk to

Illegal to mosh in NH? I wasn't aware of that amendment to our state law. Not that I care due to the fact that moshing is gay, but it's just funny what strange ideas steroids can put into one's brain.

from what I was told.
if someone is injured at went to the hospital and when asked what happened, in NH now, if they say that there was a mosh pit, it's an immediate $700 fine for the establishment and the clubs insurance will most likely be cancelled.
with mark's the insurance for safety at these events and the bonds are held by TNT security if I understand correctly so that if stuff does go down with injuries, it's on TNT's insurance, not mark's.
