I went to see Incantation and Impaled, showed up super early, so early that bands were still loading in;so I just walked into the Met. Inside all the bands were hanging out eating and shit, so I just sat on the ground next to Decapitated who was eating veggie lasagna on the couch. They were all my age and shit but talking a million miles per hour in Polish so I didn't really get the chance to talk to them. I didn't know what to expect but they went up there and absolutely fucking destroyed. It was one of the greatest single "I wonder if this band is any good" moments. Very inspirational! RIP |
