THROUGH THE EYES OF THE DEAD confirm new vocalist (guess who!)[views:13262][posts:20]______________________________________ [Mar 23,2007 1:32pm - the_reverend ""] THROUGH THE EYES OF THE DEAD confirm new vocalist South Carolina's THROUGH THE EYES OF THE DEAD have confirmed the addition of vocalist Nate Johnson (Premonitions of War) to the band's ranks following the departure of former vocalist Anthony Gunnells. Johnson will enter Mana Studios with producer Erik Rutan (Hate Eternal, ex-Morbid Angel) April 23 to wrap up vocal recordings for the upcoming album 'Malice,' the follow-up to 2005's full-length debut, 'Bloodlust.' Tracklist information and artwork will be available shortly, while 'Malice' is currently eyeing a late summer release through Prosthetic Records. "We are extremely happy to have Nate on board with us as the new vocalist and front man for TTEOTD," said guitarist Justin Longshore. "There's no doubt in my mind that Nate will deliver on 'Malice' as well as on tour. We'd like to thank everyone for their submissions that they sent us. There are some really killer vocalists out there and it was definitely a tough decision. Thanks to all of the fans for all of the support in this situation."
