| _____________________________________ [Jan 7,2006 2:56pm - the_reverend ""] just got done watching. it's the best tarantino movie since reservoir dogs. it doesn't get like a tarantino flick until the end. the end sort of sucked btw. i'm 99% sure that you should just wait for the unrated DVD. there are only like 3 gore scenes and the whole tike it feels like their could just be doing more... more gore. also, I think that the ending could not possibly be the real ending. it had to be americaned up. the DVD will probably have the real ending. granted, there are tons of awesome things in here like a "SNEEPING PATROL" shirt. |

I thought a scene or two in Saw II was more nerve-wracking than this flick. I loved the entirety of both Kill Bill films, I'm also a fan of all the genres Q was paying tribute to with those, and loved the dialogue (which was certainly leagues beyond Hostel). |

You can't really compare this film to any of QT's as it's a different director. I personally thought this film was amazingly done, and enjoyed it from begginning to end. The only qualms I had with it was that it seemed cut too much during the torture scenes, but that's what the uncut version is for. |
