I also have 24hrs of floating holidays. one thing, they make us take three days off at thanksgiving and three days off at xmas. I usually don't take time off even if I'm doing something cause it's easier to come in earlier here, braindead and then run off to whatever I have to do. right now, there are 15 people doing what 90 people used to do... and when we were 90 people, we were each already doing 3 other people's jobs so taking a bunch of days off is sometimes difficult to get through. |
