It's not cracking, you never actually circumvent password protection, you're just linking directly to the member site. Since you never login, you're not actually traceable as an account. The most they do is fix their site to be more secure, and the links stop working. I've been using spooph, intellitamper, invision irc, etc... for at least 4 years, never gotten "in trouble".
