I think nu-metal is any mid to late 90s to present metal that... well... isn't good... hahaha that's the only way I could possibly word it. Lots of nu-metal bands sound different but are still nu-metal, for example, from my experience, Korn, Linkin Park, Limp Bizkit, Slipknot, Mudvayne, Creed, Disturbed, Alien Ant Farm, and Saliva are all Nu-metal bands, and lots of them don't sound very much like eachother (take Limp Bizkit, Slipknot, and Creed, for example). |
