Anyone feel like writing a USB driver?[views:4890][posts:7]________________________________________ [Aug 19,2005 12:20am - DeOdiumMortis ""] There must be a leet hackzor somewhere up for the challenge. For: Altec Lansing ASC 495 speakers' USB interface. Have: old driver that work with Win95/98/ME. Need: driver that will work under WinXP. Altec "doesn't plan on making updated drivers" for these. If anyone thinks they can help, or knows a better place I could ask for help, let me know. Thanks. |

_________________________________________ [Aug 19,2005 8:06am - DreamingInExile ""] try: www.windrivers.com that's odd that they don't work properly, 90% of USB devices that had drivers in 95/98/ME were plug-n-pray in XP... If you were looking for Linux Drivers, I could help you there, I've written those before, I've never attempted to write a driver for Winblows. try google too: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=Altec...face+drivers+for+Windows+XP&spell=1 |
