I believe the driver when he said the brakes failed. The company of course has to cover their ass and they will with their documentation of their "daily safety logs" stating that the brakes were "100% safe" when the truck left the building and that "driver error" caused the crash. Either that or perhaps the driver really was a moron, drunk or whatever. We may never know. Post the follow-up (if there ever is any) |
