roommate needed in Quincy!

My roommate is moving out on April 1st and now I need to find someone to live with. I'm leaning towards finding a new place, because I have issues with my neighbors. But it's possible I might stay here, too.
My current apartment is about 1/2 mile from Quincy Center on a quiet side street. It would be $575/mo, which includes heat and hot water. With all the utilities it ends up being about $625-650 each. I'm looking at new apartments all this week, but I'm hoping to stay under $700.
I'm a good roommate; I work a full time job and basically stay in my room otherwise. I'm planning on going back to school in the summer, so I won't be around much at all. I'm pretty anal retentive about cleanliness and not sharing certain things... but just clean up after yourself and don't eat my food, and we'll get along fine.
