blue said:
st1gma said:
The band is not trendy...emo is trendy. The store is not trendy...
sorry, your sadly mistaken. nu metal is also still extremely trendy. and you obviously enjoy nu metal (because you like that band), and nu metal is obviously represented wholeheartedly by that store, due to all the frigging chain covered vinyl dress/pants that the silly band wears (which are sold at that trendy store). the store is highly trendy. THE STORES ARE IN FUCKING MALLS.
Nu metal doesn't exist. Hot Topic is a store that appreciates music, if you were smart, you'd appreciate that fact. Hot Topic is in the mall, as well as a bunch of other stores. Where exactly do you shop for shit...mainly clothing? A dumpster? Kmart? They're not in malls. While I may not buy my clothing at Hot Topic, I still buy it at the mall. For some strange reason, it's easier to shop at one giant building with a bunch of options. For people who do buy clothing at Hot Topic...there aren't many alternatives. You expect everyone to run somewhere like Hubba Hubba and pay triple the price? HA!
