Ascendancy Looking for 2nd Guitar Player

Hello everyone, we're looking for a 2nd guitar player for the band. Of course the standard requirements are:
at least a good 5 years of experience on guitar and good confidence while playing live
transportation
A source of steady income
Professional equipment
A professional attitude and dedication to the band
We have some huge things planned for 2005. I'm not just saying that, if I was, I wouldnt have posted it, silly.
We already know we are gay, so if you are gonna sit and post anonymously, like a fag that you are, about how gay we are, we already know. so there.
I hope to hear from someone soon. Serious Inquiries only. Dont ask what happened, you wont hear it from me, and if you have heard it already, its probably not true. Sorry.

Dehumanized were pretty original when they came out. Well written songs with riffs that stuck with you, perfect blasting and not overdone. All the slam dm bands out today wish they sounded like something off "Prophecies Foretold"

Slam DM is great if you listen to the bands who did it right. All the bands i've heard coming out lately have poor recording quality and sub-par songwriting. Plus Dehumanized wasnt slam after slam. Their songs definitely did stand out, I don't know what they sound like now since they re-united.

Trey Azagoth plays death metal and never heard a bunch of a death metal bands I asked him about. I'm sure that can be applied to many people. You don't need to know every band in a genre to play the music.

Dehumanized is awesome. They are a staple of North Eastern Death Metal. Just like Slam is a staple for the North East.
And yes we arn't slam by any means, we don't even have all that many breakdowns.

Ok.. but what's wrong with knowing about the "good" bands? Dehumanized made Morbid Angel obsolete, as have many DM bands. If people who listen to a certain style, claim to be a fan, and they don't have any (decent) knowledge of the genre and the good bands, I don't know what to say to that... I dont care about KvLt status or how obscure a band is. If the band is good, that's what matters to me anyway.

maybe some people don't like dehumanized, who knows dude? that entire paragraph is purely your opinion. You'd should probably know that a lot of musicians play what they feel with not many influences at all. I myself listen to quite a bit of stuff so I have influence. A couple members of my band live way the fuck up in NH and don't have the internet so they have limited access to discover new bands. I have been showing them more underground death metal bands though. You just said if a band is good, that's all that matters....exactly...who cares what they listen too.
