And it was suspected that the testing would happen on or around September 9th because that is the day of their 55th year of independence, so 1) it would make sense if the mushroom cloud was seen around this time, and 2) it is strange that they say they were demolishing a hydro plant because they already announced they have a nuclear program and may test. |
