I think it's too easy to write them off because they have breakdowns and some scene kids like them. Lots of death metal has breakdowns so that's not a big deal anyway. Their drummer really makes the band and they have a lot of memorable parts, which is sometimes too rare in Death metal. Honestly, I don't see much hardcore about them. Just seems like moshy DM to me. |
