Has to be Clouds. Missing Cave In sucks, but missing Clouds is not the biggest deal in the world...

Considering they just played San Jose yesterday, I really doubt that it actually happened. I bet I'm wrong.

yea it didn't

I was actually kinda disappointed about Cave In's set list...I don'tknow any of the Planets of Old material at all, so I only knew 5 songs....and IMO playing all that new stuff then ending on Juggernaut then Moral Eclipse was a cocktease....I have blue balls right now

I experienced a satisfying release. No blue balls for me.

I honestly didn't expect to hear any old shit at all last night. Hearing those 2 songs brought me back to being 16 and listening to Nasty Habits. I would have killed a man to hear Flypaper and Crossbearer though.

my sleepy eyes read that as they played crossbearer and flypaper. almost kicked my own butthole. like i said, the "surprise" was an attempted rumor before the GAHF was even announced. how was narrows? TT?

Narrows was pretty sweet in Prov.

TT destroyed IMHO. They've got the drummer from Coliseum now, dude's a beast.

really? holy shit... the drummer that just left coliseum? (i believe that was their second drummer). if so, that is retardulous. one of the best drummers to watch in the world. guy acts 100% insane on the drums.

wait, they played crossbearer and flypaper? (MFR told me they played something from UYHS too) I would have given brojobs to see them do those!!

Narrows were awesome...Dave Verrellen attempted to jump from the syage to the railing on the side at one point and ended up splitting his pants in the process....Cave in later dedicated Big Riff to Dave. calling it Big Rip

Trap Them were very good, only time I've seen them better was at the Cambridge Elks with Hope Con in 2007

Jimbo: Cave In did not play Crossbearer or Flypaper...MFR was just saying how great it would've been if they did

every time I've seen them in the past 5 years or so, they've played Moral Eclipse and Juggernaut

yeah, I asked Brian, he said it's the guy that played on Coliseum's EP and their last full-length.

Dude is super awesome, and fits TT real well. They were super intense.

if you mention coliseum and drummers, it has to be that guy. he rules and is a significant catch for trap them. what happened to jeffleppard?

Knowing that Narrows supports Arsenal was like a warm hug. I like them much more as a band now.

The biggest issue in Providence was how fucking shitty the sound was. They couldn't push the vocals well enough. Cave In having to turn the monitors toward the crowd was unfortunate.

Guitars sounded great for everyone though...so who knows?

Was The Middle East packed?

slowly filled up throughout the show...just like every other big Middle East show I've ever been to

Providence is a weird city for music.

...but I will say most of the people were just kinda standing there for most of Cave In's set....not many people were even bobbing there heads or anything, until their last 2 songs

Yeah...and I'd rather just hear all of Jupiter.

I would've too compared to their set last night, but that's just because I don't know any of their newest material yet

You misunderstood me, mfr didn't tell me that they played those two songs, he said they played one from beyond hypo and one from untilyourheart... i was confused when i thought someone else said they played those other two.... i would have gotten a huge boner from Juggernaut anyways.

trying not to spill too many beans, plus I don't know much, but am highly anticipating new jamz.
