Six additional months was probably not enough time. You likely gained about 3-4 inches in that time, right? (Unless you eat really well or something.) This is a pretty funny story though, ha. When I was about 8 or 9, I was just becoming aware of "heavy metal" and "headbanging" and I was trying to do it while sitting in a chair at my kitchen table. I banged my head backwards too hard and the chair fell over backwards, and I conked my head on the floor. no scar though, oops. Also around this age I used to enjoy running up playground slides for whatever reason (excess energy I guess). This one had a metal crossbar across the top of it that I didn't see, and ran full speed into it. Had a huge egg on my head from it (but no scar since it wasn't an actual cut). |
