I totally fucked up and don't even know how I did it - I wasn't even the least bit stoned or buzzed - but I drove past the exit on the pike on the way out there from Boston and ended up driving an extra hour total by the time I realized and got off and turned around and back to Worcester ... point of the cool story bro is that I missed Underdog AND DRI! WTF! Considering that I saw Cro-Mags like 3 months ago at the ME with better sound and crowd, I'm glad that my tix for this show were free ... not that it matters, cause Suicidal were totally awesome and worth the trip alone. I think my highlight as far as what they played was "Subliminal" ... I really wanted "Suicide's an Alternative" but you take what you can get with these things. At least they sounded great (for the Palladium) and Mike Muir is still one of the best frontmen in hardcore ever. |
