Afghanistan, Obama hardly beefed up the amount of troops, changed the rules of engagement where you practicly have to be getting overrun to call artillery and air support due to fears of killing civilians and now he's nervous about his generals asking for 40,000 more troops to actually hold the areas they want to push the Taliban out of and keep them out.
