___________________________________________________ [Jul 3,2007 5:37pm - ArrowHead is watching you ""] Remember, when Patton was in the band, they didn't even write together, or do interviews together. From Angel Dust on, they would only be in the same room together when they were onstage, playing. I meant it, those guys fucking HATE Mike Patton. They always did, they just knew they had a good thing going with him. |

With this and the TON thread, you've got both the reasons I want keyboards in any band I'm in. So much more shit you can do with keyboards in the mix. (As long as the guy knows when to stop playing.) |

________________________________________ [Jul 3,2007 7:27pm - SacreligionNLI ""] i actually like the chuck mosley stuff the least...something about his vocal style i don't like early patton has that nasally sound, but i can get past that because all their songs are awesome |

______________________________________ [May 28,2008 9:36pm - ArrowHeadNLI ""] The first albums with Patton was groundbreaking and exciting to me when it came out. Real Thing, Angel Dust, and King For A Day.... still end up in my playlists pretty often. I also really dug the Chuck Mosley stuff, but I always hear it like it's a whole different band. I can't compare it to Patton's stuff because everything sounds so different. |
