I don't see what I could possibly accomplish by responding to this, but here goes nothing. First of all, I don't see how what I said even came close to implying that I didn't know that illegal alien's have no constitutional rights (which isn't completely true, but it for the most part is). Secondly, this article doesn't say whether or not they are illegal, so I don't even understand what this argument I'm currently engaged in with you is even based on. I have nothing against you and I don't understand what you have against me. Our opinions aren't even that different: we both think that what these guys did is atrocious and that they deserve to be punished; it's only in how they should be punished and by what process (if any) that we disagree. I honestly have no interest in continuing this argument and I just want to let you know that I feel no hostility against you and am basically extending my hand to you.

what constitution are you refering to? you may want to go back and re-read it again before calling people idiots. the last time i heard, the only constitutional rights that don't apply to non US citizens are:
that they cannot vote in elections
they cannont hold certain political offices
and they don't have the absolute right to enter and remain in the US.
