Hashing out at least a rough schedule (I know you had an order, but having a rough estimate of times, especially for an 8 band show, helps alot) can help avoid alot of confusion about who's playing where, how long they have, etc. Saturday ended up going pretty smoothly, don't get me wrong, but to avoid any confusion in the future, that might be something to consider. |

I had thought the soundguy I brought had all the equipment necessary but that ended up not being the case (also Tam's set up was in worse shape than i thought)... also he split after 2 bands and left me to run the sound and the show. As for the reason there was 8 bands - it was originally gonna be 6 but MFR sold me on HC and Boarcorpse since everyone was in eachothers bands, could share equipt and play shorter sets to fit everything in. I had no intention of doing another 8 band show but thought it would be nice if the first one was more like a festival type set up. Thanks for all the constructive criticism. It's highly appreciated and I respect alot of your opinions. |

When i wanted a drink, what i did was i put both my arms up in the air as if i wanted to be called on... twice!! and they always came over when they were finished with whatever they were doing. I guess it won't work if there are too many people doing it, but if it were only piters than i think it would work. |
