I will book all these bands but I don't want real similar styles on shows.
I wouldn't put DEMASSEK and a band like them together.
I want all 3 bands to be different, 99% of these shows will have Rock or "regular" local openers and a BM and DM band each.
Of course, that means also Doom, Grind, Thrash, etc.

just an idea but....
if you had:
USEFUL IDIOT (TOOL tribute) *rock*
BOARCORPSE *tech death*
HORRIFYING CONDIMENTS *not like anything else*
and
COMPOSTED *slam slam slam*
you would only have to change drumsets once, we could almost ALL use the same stuff (mostly the same people) and are all different styles. And i bet it would draw well.... but i guess it's a pipe dream being able to play 3 different bands consecutive sets on stage. I would love it though. hehe

I was only really half kidding, and Rich- correct me if i'm wrong but hasn't BOARCORPSE/OUCH drawn pretty well for your shows? And USEFUL IDIOT had about 70 people come to our last one. I don't know about HORRIFYING CONDIMENTS, but i was under the impression that COMPOSTED draws well..... just because my bands don't draw a lot of RTTPers doesn't mean we don't draw.

Also it's in RI where you guys haven't played before and Composted has only played on a fest. Maybe your cover band has, I dunno. It wasn't saying any of those bands suck, jus that I wouldn't book the show without some local support.

20 years (+ 15 years supporting), check my eBay and PayPal and complaints, 100% unblemished.
Not sure what 'repect' is, but i actually do have RESPECT for the builders of the foundation and the support beams in this so-called NE 'scene' of ours and I'm helping to put the finishing touches on now to strengthen and build our legacy.
