| __________________________________ [Oct 3,2004 5:21pm - dyingmuse ""] ok though i am still quite hung over, here is my take on the evening. hcn- they were awesome, wish i heard a bit mor guitars but overall a great set, the singer gets better and better! ascendancy was crazy as usual, awesome set, couldn't hear the damn guitars enough, but i still loved their set, great bunch of guys! i missed liquid violence, man i had to shit, so i went to dunkins, and then got attacked in the parking lot by the car bar crew! wish i at least got to hear em porphyria- fucking btootal..these guys amaze me!!!!!!!!!!!!!! awesome death metal from nh. and their guitarist shreds! woo hoo! ocean- fucking stellar set awesome awesome awesome!!!! love em! great intensity! accursed...good set great energy, too bad they didn't stick around for the party! estuary was awesome, they fucking rock! hot chick too melaih rage...man not my thing, i used to love their old stuff, but they sound nothing like they dd. they are good players and i'll give them that...good set, tight as hell! shroud...well i couldn't hear our keyboardist on stage at all, kelly did a great job, i sweated my balls off. over all i think we did ok! command presence...they fucking rocked out with their cocks out. and pete did a great job as the second singer...awesome guys, my head, though pounding buy this point did not stop banging the whole set! \m/ this was a great time and i had a blast, shroud would like to thank rev carina, valhalla, jeremy at oak knoll, john at pathos, tim and screaming ferret, tod, serge and all at the bombshelter , all the rttp peeps and the snakenetters for going out. awesome show! after the show we went to the hotel and partied till 5 am, got kicked out of 4 rooms, the pool area and everywhere untill we got the ok to drink in the pickneck areas. man i was trashed. jake and chris went...all in all a crowd of 30 were partying all over the hotels...awesome wooo hoooo snakenet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! \m/ \m/ \m/ \m/ |

Guitar is one of the most prominent factors of metal, and they were low all night. also, Im standing there doing backups, and nothings coming out....we were the first band. by the time the accursed played ( 6 hours later), the guitarist is doing backups, and nothings coming out. 6 FUCKING hours and the guy still dosent hear that nothing is coming out. LAME. Sound guys can make or break a show...and he broke this one imo. Bands were all good. not their fault at all. |
