I have no idea what you listened to. Forgotten Woods' The Curse of Mankind has very similar production to some old Burzum, and the vocals were similar to Varg's. Very throaty screams with heart and soul thrown behind it. |

I actually like God Hates Us All too. There are some EXTREMELY lame songs on that one (Payback for starters), but there are some solid songs on there. |

Then the record came out and it was all recycled riffs and horrible lyrics. Every song I could pick out what older song they had stolen riffs from. Plus this last tour was the first time I've seen them and thought they were horrible. |
