He was definitely down. They should be reversing this call and THEN giving us the extra 15 for unnecessary roughness. I'll be pretty surprised if they don't, but if that is the case, that almost worked as a punt, backs the Steelers up far, and took 4-5 minutes off the clock. So I guess it's an OK trade off. Just can't allow any more big passing plays...
