Don't know why, man... as long as I've been here I've taken the position that our civilians and our military are a priority, and protecting them is more important even than patriotic loyalty to policies that profess to do so. I've come out against Israel's policies, which most liberals in this country have historically supported. I have posted arguments on this site that have never been spoken before, and stood alone on an issue because I thought that was the best choice for our security. I have no alterior motives, contextual or otherwise, I'm just going on logic and common sense. If you see or suspect any alterior motive or reason why I would spend so much time arguing all this shit, I'd love to hear it. I mean hell, dude, I could be smoking a bowl instead right now...

On one hand, everything that Israel has been doing to protect itself has actually been putting them (and now us) in more danger.
