Good cheeses for Cheese fries are Montery Jack and Cheddar mixed together, and Mozzarella is very good, too. I always use shredded cheese for mine. I think I had velveeta when I was younger....but I don't really remember it. Mixing cheeses is sometimes a good idea. Next time, you'll have to try it. |
