After bands were assembled for the show, the news came out that New England Concerts had accquired all events at Rocko's. That's when we started to have an issue. The killer was receiving a legally binding contract in the mail stating that we were (never told about) to cough up a specific amount of money by specific deadlines. We wanted nothing to do with it. I have never had to do such a thing in the past playing at Rocko's. New England Concerts is the reason we are not on this show anymore. Dave Southworth is a great guy and i've always enjoyed working with him in the past with I'm Thirsty Entertainment. He has always done great work. But it has become instantly recognizable that NEC is now back up to their same old shit and I don't want myself or any of my bands involved in such matters. |
