The trajectory of his arm is all wrong, as you can clearly see there is a slight bent, so he is half assing the metal. Now had his arm been fully straight it would show his true grit for the band/scene/genre. Its just not aero dynamic, and his two bent fingers are not touching his palm as clearly should be.
