I found them interesting and amusing when I first heard them as a freshman in high school. I never bought any of their stuff, but had friends that were fans and they had some funny stuff. The guys they brought up after them, Twizted, I thought actually had better rhyme skills then ICP. Go figure. Either way, it got old fast and sealing the deal was when a friend conned me into going to a show for free if I gave him a ride. I had seen juggalos before, but this really showed me them in a large enough group that I truly understood how fucking ignorant and useless they are. To this day I still can't believe there are still so damn many of them and how they actually got dumber as time passed. It was an amazing example of how a fanbase can manage to be more disliked then the band which they are fans of. Oh and I both laughed and was in awe of hearing juggalos claim to listen to no other hip hop besides anything Psychopathic Records drops. Even straight up TRASHING any rapper or rap group you can think of, if not trashing rap itself. I swear these kids were wiggers that got pissed that they weren't even cool enough to chill with black kids without getting made fun of, or kids that were just too nerdy to even be a convincing wigger. |
